Rest Day

Sunday is my off day. Fortunate to spend the long weekend with friends on Vancouver Island. After yesterday's bike ride it is nice to put our feet up. The day consisted of an Easter morning stroll along the beach with Jacynthe looking for some Easter eggs...no such luck.
I am two weeks into my off season training now and fully back into the swing of things. Volume picks up this week as May ...
